Chicken And Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    dash of pepper
    mushrooms to taste
    1 can Pet milk
    1 bunch broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 chicken, cooked and drained
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute onions and mushrooms.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour, salt, curry powder and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup water to flour mixture.
    Blend milk into mixture until smooth. Cook and stir over moderate heat until sauce begins to thicken. Arrange broccoli and chicken on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce over.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
    Cool 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
