Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick oleo, softened
1 large egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
maraschino cherries (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo.
Add egg, salt and vanilla.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Spoon mixture into pie crust.
Chill.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Blend in nuts and pineapple.
Spoon over pie and chill thoroughly.
Decorate top with halved maraschino cherries if desired.
