Phil'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 sticks butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in 1 tablespoon water.
    Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
    Blend in flour, soda and buttermilk using low speed of electric mixer. Add lemon extract.
    Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Check after one hour until done.
