1 lb. sausage
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Place crescent rolls on greased pizza pan.
Press seams together.
Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle potatoes and cheese over.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes.
