Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe avocados
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    8 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1/2 small diced red onion
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 medium tomato, small diced and seeded
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half; remove pits and scoop the flesh out of the shells into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, Tabasco, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well; use your hands. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are diced. Add the tomatoes. Mix well and taste for extra salt and pepper.
