Salmon Fillet - Grilled - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fillet of salmon
1 small onion, sliced thin
2 or 3 butter chips
Italian seasoning to taste
1/2 lemon
Preparation
-
Place salmon fillet in center of large piece of aluminum foil. Spread onion and Italian seasoning on top.
Dot with butter. Squeeze lemon over top.
Close foil.
Place on barbecue grill and cook until salmon is pink and flakes easily.
Do not overcook.
