Confetti Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raw regular rice
1/8 tsp. rubbed sage
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 c. frozen peas
2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
Preparation

In saucepan, brown rice with sage in butter.
Add broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add peas. Simmer 10 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
Stir in pimiento.
Makes about 3 cups.
