Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. whole milk
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 or 2 whole eggs
1 c. cream
1 can drained pineapple
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin orange slices
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook the first 6 ingredients until thick (will not get very thick); set aside.
Cool.
Whip the cream.
Add the pineapple, fruit cocktail, mandarin orange slices, marshmallows and mayonnaise.
Add this to the custard and freeze.
Cut into squares.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
