Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 apples, peeled
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    8 oz. can frozen apple juice
Preparation
    Prepare apples.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cook in pot until clear. Pour in pie shell.
    Serves 7 to 8.
