Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 squash (yellow or zucchini)
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    American cheese, diced
    grated or chopped onion
    Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Preparation
    Cut squash into chunks; cook in water to cover until done. Grease a casserole.
    Spread in layers as follows:
    squash, garlic powder, salt and pepper, cheese, onion and dressing.
    End with cheese and bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
