Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. hot water
    4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan; gradually add hot water.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Reduce to low heat, add milk and heat thoroughly. Stir often.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat with a wire whisk until foamy.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Makes 6 (6 ounce) servings.
