Salmon Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 salmon fillets
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. shallots, sliced
    6 very thin slices tomato
    6 very thin slices lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    4 Tbsp. white wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Spread shallots on fillets.
    Drizzle oil on fillets.
    Put 3 slices tomato on each and 3 slices lemon on each fillet.
    Place wine over fillets and sprinkle with parsley.
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0. In greased pan, cook fillets uncovered for 6 minutes.
