Chinese Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    10 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 lb. thinly sliced beef or pork
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients and marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. You can either fry the meat or grill it.
