Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour (plain)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 sticks oleo
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add cocoa and water.
Bring to a rapid boil and pour over sugar and flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add 2 beaten eggs, buttermilk, soda, salt and vanilla; mix well.
Pour in a greased sheet cake pan, 16 x 11-inch.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 24 servings.
Have icing ready.
