Heavenly Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in the 1 cup of boiling water.
    Add the pineapple and lemon juices.
    Chill until thickened.
