Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Cream together eggs, sugar, margarine, vegetable oil, sour milk and vanilla. Add zucchini, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Chocolate chips are optional. They make the cake very rich. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes in 9 x 13 dish.
