Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. ginger
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add 1 egg to mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell.
