Diabetic Easter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. vanilla or chocolate or unsweetened pudding powder
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. artificial liquid sweetener
    8 tsp. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
    Add milk.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then add vanilla and sweetener.
    Spread on foil.
    Chill. Cut in pieces or form in egg-shaped balls.
