Prime Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bottle soy sauce (8 oz.)
1 c. beef consomme soup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
4 to 6 lb. brisket
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake brisket in marinade liquid at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound. This tastes like prime rib.
