Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken
    1 bunch celery
    1 pt. cucumber pickles
    1 pt. to 1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook
    chicken
    until
    real tender.
    Remove all skin and bone. Cut chicken fine with scissors.
    Mix 1 cup celery and 1 cup pickles
    to every 2 cups of chicken.
    Add sugar and mayonnaise; mix well.
    This should be nice and firm.
