Crocked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    1/2 c. apple juice or apple cider
    cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Cut squash into quarters and scrape away seeds. Put in crock-pot, skin side down. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup apple juice or cider over squash. Sprinkle with spice. Cover and cook on low 2 to 4 hours.
