Mystery Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. pecans
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. light syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 large egg until smooth.
Pour mixture into unbaked 10-inch pastry crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
In another bowl, blend 3 large eggs, light syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
Gently pour mixture over nuts.
Bake on center rack 50 to 60 minutes until center is just set and pastry is golden. Cool on wire rack.
Makes 8 servings.
