Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can asparagus spears
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can small early peas
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 stick margarine, melted
8 oz. mild cheese, grated
3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Save 1/2 cup asparagus juice and 1/2 cup pea juice.
Combine juices, margarine and flour on top of stove, mixing well until thickened.
Then add cream of mushroom soup.
Mix well.
Layer asparagus, peas and then sauce.
Slice eggs on top; then add cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
