Christmas Carol Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar or 12 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
3 eggs, add one at a time
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
3 apples, diced well
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 12-cup Bundt pan.
Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Cool 45 minutes and invert on platter.
