Any Flavor Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (prepare according to pkg. directions, any flavor)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth.
Add chocolate chips.
Fill cupcake cups with cake mix.
Drop cream cheese filling by heaping teaspoon on cupcakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
