Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole boiled chicken
1 large chopped onion
3 stalks green onions
3 stalks chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick oleo
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
In boiling water, put seasoning (onion, green onions and celery).
Boil 10 minutes.
Put chicken back into boiling water.
Put package of wide noodles in water to boil about 15 minutes.
Drain water from chicken.
Add 1 stick of oleo and 1 can evaporated milk.
Mix well.
Serves 6.
