Lemon Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. meal
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Pour in unbaked pie shells.
Place pies on cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
