Corn Crackle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. coarsely chopped salted peanuts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Prepare the mix according to package directions.
Spread evenly in well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with peanuts, cheese and garlic salt; drizzle butter over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
Immediately cut into squares; cool slightly and remove from pan.
Serve warm.
