Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium squash, sliced
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix squash, onion and water.
    Cover; microwave 9 to 10 minutes or until squash is tender.
    Mash with potato masher.
    Add next 5 ingredients and stir.
    Cover and microwave on Medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
