Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked carrots, sliced and drained
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet, stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt.
Add cooked carrots, heat, stirring constantly until carrots are glazed, about 5 minutes.
