Chicken Corn Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing hen (4 lb.)
    3 qt. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. fresh, canned or frozen corn
    noodles
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice cucumber and onion to fill approximately a 2-quart bowl. Mix the following dressing and pour over cucumber and onion.
