Aunt Bet'S Fantastic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 potatoes, peel and quarter
1 stick oleo
Accent seasoning salt
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix (dry, not liquid)
1 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes.
Slice oleo over potatoes. Sprinkle Accent over potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Mix sour cream and Ranch dressing mix and spread over cooked potatoes. Spread cheese over this and cook at 350\u00b0 until sour cream is hot (somewhere around 5 to 10 minutes).
