School Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. warm butter
4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine ingredients.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Grease pans.
Add plain flour, enough to make medium stiff.
Pour on floured surface.
Knead until firm.
Make small rolls and place butter on top.
Let roll rise until double. Bake until brown.
Serving around 40.
