Holy Mole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers
    1 tsp. anise seed
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    5 cloves garlic
    3/4 c. almonds
    3 minced tortillas
    6 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    2 oz. bitter chocolate, grated
    2 Tbsp. powdered red chili
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. chicken stock
    pinch of ground cloves
Preparation
    Grind the peppers, anise seed, sesame seed, garlic, almonds, tortillas and tomatoes.
    Mix into a paste and add all the spices, including the chocolate.
    Place the oil in a frying pan and add the mixture to it.
    Fry for several minutes, then add the stock and simmer until quite thick.
