Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (14 oz.) can chopped stewed tomatoes
    1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
    8 oz. flaked salmon
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put butter in saucepan; melt.
    Saute onion and garlic. Sprinkle flour in; add milk, tomatoes, corn, salmon and seasoning. Simmer on low for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Delicious with Aunt Monnie's home canned salmon.
