Texas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 sticks margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring to boil the margarine, water and cocoa, stirring to prevent lumps.
Cool a little.
Add flour, sugar, salt and baking soda which have been sifted into large bowl.
In small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and egg mixture to chocolate mixture and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Ice while warm.
