White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium white potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil potatoes in clear water until done. Drain well.
    Put in mixing bowl and combine with all other ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
