Six Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. Raisin Bran cereal
    1 c. shortening, melted
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add beaten eggs, shortening and milk to flour mixture.
    Mix well. Put into muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Mix will hold for 6 weeks if covered and kept in refrigerator.
