Smothered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 c. flour, seasoned with pepper
1/2 c. oil
4 envelopes brown gravy mix
Preparation

Cut steak into palm size pieces.
Coat with flour mixture and brown in skillet with hot oil.
Place in covered casserole dish. Make gravy according to package directions.
Pour over steak. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until tender.
