Mother'S Best Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. oatmeal or wheat germ
1 slice white bread
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, diced fine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Combine water and white bread.
When bread is soaked, crumble into meat with remaining water.
Mix in eggs, onion, seasonings and oatmeal.
Mix well.
With wet hands, shape into loaf and put into baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Spread ketchup over top and bake 30 minutes more.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
