Five Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. each flavoring (coconut, butter, rum, vanilla and lemon)
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0. Cream margarine, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each addition. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add alternately to batter with buttermilk. Add flavorings and beat well. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then add 1/2 of glaze.
