Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. tortillas, torn into fourths
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
mild enchilada sauce
2 small cans green chiles
1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Drain and spread in baking dish. Arrange tortillas over meat and onion.
Mix soups together and spoon over tortillas.
Spread the enchilada sauce over soup. Sprinkle with green chilies and top with grated cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
