Marinade For Flank Steak Or Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 green onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Add oil and onion (if desired).
    Pour marinade over meat and let marinate 4 hours or longer, even overnight.
    Turn pieces occasionally.
    Barbecue or bake according to meat directions.
    Five minutes each side for medium-rare flank steaks; 10 minutes each side for boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
