Marinated Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    3 (15.8 oz.) cans Northern beans, drained and rinsed
    2 large green peppers, finely chopped
    2 carrots, scraped and sliced
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    2/3 c. white wine vinegar
    1 c. olive oil
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients.
    Pour over bean mixture.
    Sprinkle with parsley and stir gently.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
