Egg Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. sausage, crabmeat, lobster, bacon, ham or vegetables
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Remove crusts from bread.
Cut into cubes. Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings.
Stir in bread, cheese and sausage.
Pour into oblong 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until center is set.
Serves 10.
May be mixed the night before you serve it.
