Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    6 precooked sausage links
    1 c. whole milk
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a small bowl, grate cheese.
    Set aside.
    Brush pie crust with Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat and cool.
    In a bowl, slice
    sausages into fifths. Stir in eggs and beat.
    Stir in milk and seasonings.
    Blend flour with grated cheese.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until knife comes out clean when inserted into center.
    Makes 6 servings.
