Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. regular rice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 cans chicken with rice soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet; drain.
    Combine next 5 ingredients in skillet.
    Cook until brown.
    Remove from heat; stir in soup.
    Pour mixture in casserole; top with pork chops.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
