Swiss Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh cut corn (from 6 ears) or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    2 beaten eggs
    2 (5 oz.) cans (1 1/3 c.) evaporated milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    celery leaves (optional)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    sweet red pepper rings (optional)
Preparation
    Cook corn.
    In medium mixing bowl combine eggs, 1 cup of cheese, evaporated milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cooked and drained corn.
    Transfer mixture to a 9-inch quiche dish or 8-inch round baking dish.
    Place dish on baking sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
