Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    1 chopped onion
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 container barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot. Top with onion, salt and pepper. Cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours until meat is falling apart. Remove from pot. Pour out drippings. Shred meat and return to pot. Pour in barbecue sauce and mix well. Cook on low for 2 hours more.
