Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 large cans pineapple tidbits (or chunks)
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Place drained pineapple in deep baking dish. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and juice; heat until thickened. Mix pineapple, cheese, and cornstarch in the baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and pour margarine on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
